Edward Ofere (born 28 March 1986 in Lagos) is a Nigerian footballer who plays as a striker. He is currently playing for FC Vestsjælland.[1]
Club career
He came to Malmö FF in August 2005 from Nigerian side Enugu Rangers.
On 30 August 2010, he was signed by Lecce. On 25 September 2012, after playing very little football for the first few weeks of the 2012–13 season, his contract was mutually terminated a year early.
International career
Ofere also holds a Swedish passport, and was eligible for selection by both the Nigerian and the Swedish national team. He played three friendly games for the Nigeria national football team.
