Edward Bigge

Edward Thomas Bigge (19 October 1807-3 April 1844)^[1] was the first appointee to the revived role of Archdeacon of Lindisfarne.^[2]

He was educated at University College, Oxford^[3] and ordained in 1834.^[4] A Fellow of Merton College, Oxford,^[5] he was only an Archdeacon for two years.^[6]
