Eduardo Fernando Mingas (born January 29, 1979) is an Angolan professional basketball power forward. He stands 6 ft 6.75 in (2.00 m) and weighs 107 kg (235 lbs.) and has represented the Angola national basketball team at the 2002 World Championship, 2004 Summer Olympics and the 2006 World Championships.
He is currently playing for Recreativo do Libolo at the Angolan major basketball league BAI Basket.
