Edinburgh Southern AFC are a Scottish amateur football club playing in Edinburgh. They play under the Scottish Amateur Football Association in the LEAFA Edinburgh East league. In the 2009-2010 season they won the League Cup and the following season they won the league championship for the first time. In March 2011 Edinburgh Southern's legends took place in a charity match to raise money for St Columba's Hospice against the Heart of Midlothian F.C. legends in which they lost 8-1.[1] As of season 2013-14 they have been competing in the LEAFA Edinburgh East League which they are currently bottom of the league with 0 points after 3 games.
