Easynet Global Services is a managed cloud infrastructure provider. Its customers make use of Easynet’s IT services – such as cloud computing and network management – to drive forward their organisations and solve specific business issues such as cost management and communication between offices. It was recently awarded European Service Provider of the Year over Microsoft and Amazon Web Services

Founded in 1994, Easynet Global Services was owned by British Sky Broadcasting, from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, Easynet announced its sale from BSkyB (Sky) to Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group.

In December 2013 the company was acquired by MDNX Group, the UK's largest independent carrier integrator. Combined, Easynet and MDNX are the largest independent network and hosting integrator in Europe. The combination has been backed by Equistone Partners Europe Limited, one of Europe’s leading mid-market private equity managers, which will hold a majority stake in the newly formed Group. LDC has reinvested in the newly formed Group to acquire a minority stake alongside MDNX management.

Easynet and MDNX are passionate about serving the needs of their customers, and this service ethos runs throughout the new organisation.

The company is headquartered in Bracknell, United Kingdom, and has offices throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, and the US.
