The Eastern Conference is one of two conferences in the American Inline Hockey League (AIHL) used to divide teams. Its counterpart is the Western Conference.

It was created in 2008 with the creation of the AIHL. The AIHL aligned its teams into two conferences and six divisions. The conference was named for the geographical location of its teams.

The conference was re-aligned in 2009 after its first series of expansion and contraction. It was again re-aligned in 2010 when the AIHL added its eighth division.

Divisions

Before the 2009 realignment, the Eastern Conference consisted of the Mid Atlantic Division, New England Division and Southeast Division. In 2009, the Southeast Division split into two divisions; the Colonial Division and Gulf Coast Division. In 2010, the AIHL added the newly formed Great Lakes Division to the Eastern Conference, while moving the Gulf Coast Division to the Western Conference, giving each conference four divisions. Currently the Eastern Conference comprises 21 teams in four divisions: Colonial, Great Lakes, Mid Atlantic, and New England.
