Dylan Ace

Dylan Ace, born Jason Dylan Ace on October 31, 1981, in Miami, Florida, is a world-renowned Cuban American magician and escape artist. He was discovered at age 18 by Lance Burton, who invited him to appear as a guest artist on the television special “Lance Burton: On the Road”, which premiered on Fox.

Ace has been featured on major television networks: Univision, NBC, HBO, CBS, Fox, ABC, PBS, and The Learning Channel, and has served as an opening act for several artists including Julio Iglesias, Britney Spears and Lenny Kravitz.

Early life and career

Ace was born on October 31, 1981 in Miami to Cuban Native parents.

As a child he became close friends with Nayib Estefan (Gloria Estefan's son) and he would do shows with Nayib (as a side project) as well as do his solo shows, they did a mega illusion show together as kids The Magic of Nayib Estefan & Jason Ace. They did many major events and concerts in South Florida together from 1991-1996.

At 12, he became the youngest champion of both the Association Of Latin American Magicians and International Brotherhood Of Magicians World Competitions.

Ace has always been fascinated by Houdini, ever since childhood after seeing the Houdini movie starring Tony Curtis, Houdini quickly became one of Ace's heroes.
