The Dwarf Koel (Microdynamis parva) is a species of cuckoo in the Cuculidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Microdynamis.[citation needed] It is found in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
