Dustin Hersee (born August 14, 1975 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a retired male backstroke swimmer from Canada, who competed for his native country at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. There he ended up in 20th place in the men's 200m backstroke event, clocking 2:01.34 in the preliminary heats. He currently works at St. George's Senior School of Vancouver B.C coaching the competitive, learning, and provincial groups there.

Hersee started in 2001 as the Aquatics Director at St. George's School. Hersee competed in the 2000 Sydney Olympics in the 200 metre backstroke and now shares his passion with the Senior Swim team. As Head of Aquatics, Hersee and his coaching staff have led the St. George's Swim team to 12 consecutive Provincial Championships. Hersee is an avid snowboarder, and also coaches the Snowboard team.

Hersee enjoys participating in yoga, surfing, biking, and ocean swimming in his spare time. As a full-time Physical Education teacher, Hersee models an active healthy lifestyle in and outside of the classroom.
