Duotrope

Duotrope is an online resource for writers. It provides a searchable database of more than 4,700 writer's markets and provides writers with a personal database on which they can list their stories, submissions, and sales. It has been honored by Writer's Digest as one of the 101 Best Websites for Writers for every year from 2006 through 2012. [1](registration required)
It was selected by Preditors & Editors for their Truly Useful Site Award in February 2010.[2] Duotrope also features interviews with more than 500 editors.[citation needed]
History
Duotrope began as Duotrope's Digest and was launched in August 2005. It is run by Duotrope LLC, registered in the state of New Mexico.
Beginning January 1, 2013, Duotrope became a subcription-based service, at a rate of $5.00 per month or $50.00 per year.
As of December 2013, "Duotrope" claims to list over 4800 writers markets.[3]
