Drwęczno [ˈdrvɛnt͡ʂnɔ] (German: Wagten) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Orneta, within Lidzbark County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) west of Orneta, 34 km (21 mi) west of Lidzbark Warmiński, and 47 km (29 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
