Druj

Druj is an Avestan feminine noun defining lie the concept opposed to that of Asha (aša) .[1] In Avestan druj- also has a secondary derivation, the adjective drəguuaṇt- (Younger Av. druuaṇt-) “partisan of deception, deceiver,” of which the superlative draojišta- and perhaps also the comparative draoj(ii)ah- are attested (Kellens, 1977, pp. 69 ff.).
