Dream On, Dreamer is an Australian five piece post-hardcore band from Melbourne formed in 2009. They released their debut EP through Boomtown Records on 4 June 2010 titled Hope. The release of the EP was followed by many national tours with bands such as Pierce the Veil, Attack Attack! and Deez Nuts. The band released their debut album "Heartbound" in August 2011, through their signing with Rise Records. The album was produced by Cameron Mizell (Memphis May Fire, I See Stars, Woe, Is Me) and features The Getaway Plan vocalist Matthew Wright on the single "To the Lost".

Bassist/vocalist Michael McLeod ("Mcoy") left the group in November 2012 after his girlfriend fell pregnant.[1] Luke Domic left the band in early 2013. Their newest member, clean vocalist and rhythm guitarist, Zach Britt from "The Dream The Chase" was included in the band in 2013, Jungwirth also moved from keyboards to bass, shifting the band from a 6 piece to a 5 piece.
