Dream Dubai Marina is a 101 storey, 432 m (1,417 ft) supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. While originally scheduled for completion in 2012, as of January 2013 it is still under construction and the completion is now expected by the end of 2013, and opening in 2014.[2][3][1]

The first 32 floors of the skyscraper will have a 5-star hotel, while the floors from 34 to 100 will be furnished apartments. Apart from five restaurants in the hotel tower, there will be 252 one, 204 two and 42 three-bedroom apartments with eight penthouses from the 97th to the 100th floor. The skyscraper will have 324 hotel rooms and 516 residential units.[4] The building is designed by National Engineering Bureau and construction is by Turkish conglomerate TAV Construction.[3]

If completed before other taller residential skyscraper projects (such as World One) Dream Dubai Marina will become the tallest residential building in the world.[5]
