Dragon Capital

Dragon Capital, an investment group who as of 29 June 2011, manages approximately US$1.2b and engages with Vietnam's emerging financial markets, was founded in 1994. In 2006, Dragon Capital Markets (Europe) Limited was licensed by the Financial Services Authority.[1] With offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, the United Kingdom, Bangkok and Hong Kong, the company's ownership structure comprises present and former staff, together with the International Finance Corporation and PROPARCO.[2] In 2011, Dragon Capital was nominated for the prestigious Financial Times/International Finance Corporation Sustainable Finance Award.[3]
Dragon Capital holds 5.2% of Vinamilk's shares as of 2012.[4]
