Draženov is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.72 square kilometres (2.59 sq mi), and has a population of 397 (as at 28 August 2006).
Draženov lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) west of Domažlice, 50 km (31 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 133 km (83 mi) south-west of Prague.
