Downstroy

"Downstroy" is a song recorded by Soulfly, played as the leadoff track of the third album 3. It was released in 2002 as the second single of the album, after the next track "Seek 'n' Strike". This song plays generic metal riff before a blend of South American percussion and samples of news stories.^[1] Max Cavalera growls during the metal part about keeping the soul by fighting and bleeding.^[2]
