Dominic Heale

Dominic Heale is a British journalist and newsreader for the currently employed by the BBC. He co-presents the flagship 6:30 Regional News programme East Midlands Today with Anne Davies,[1] he also presents the lunchtime news and the evening news. Dominic comes from Devon. and attended the University of Hull

Dominic started working for BBC Current Affairs as a presenter on the BBC Regional Radio station for Plymouth. He later moved to present BBC Radio 4 and TSW, before moving to Central News East in 1992. In 2000, Dominic continued his career as main man presenter on East Midlands Today, alongside Anne Davies.[2]

Dominic lives in Nottingham, with his wife and three children.

In 1989, Dominic interviewed the politician, Neil Kinnock, at Plymouth airport, while working for BBC Radio Devon. The interview lasted 20 minutes.
