Domaželice is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.27 square kilometres (1.65 sq mi), and has a population of 518 (as at 3 July 2006).
Domaželice lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-east of Přerov, 29 km (18 mi) south-east of Olomouc, and 237 km (147 mi) east of Prague.
