Dolaz cheese is a traditional cheese produced from whey by nomads(Karakoyunlu,Hayta, Honamlı, Sarıkeçili Yörüks) in the Lakes region( Isparta, Afyon and Antalya) Turkey.It is generally made from ewe's and goat's milk.
