Dmitry Mezentsev

Dmitry Fyodorovich Mezentsev (Russian: Дми́трий Фёдорович Ме́зенцев; born 18 August 1959, Leningrad)[1] is a Russian politician and the Governor of Irkutsk Oblast.[2] He was appointed to head the foreign affairs and media committees in the upper house of the Duma by Vladimir Putin.[3]
