Djallon-Foula is a rural commune in the Cercle of Yanfolila in the Sikasso Region of southern Mali. The commune covers an area of 471 square kilometers and includes eight villages.[3] In the 2009 census it had a population of 10,678.[2] The village of Guélélinkoro, the administrative center (chef-lieu) of the commune, is 40 km west of Yanfolila and 4 km east of the Sankarani River that marks the border of Mali with Guinea.
