Diploglena is a spider genus with one single species, Diploglena capensis that is endemic to South Africa and neighboring nations (such as Namibia). It is there also called two-eyed orange spider, although many other species in the family Caponiidae have only two eyes, and are orange.

There is one recognised subspecies, Diploglena capensis major Lawrence, 1928.
