Đinh Thế Huynh (born 15 May 1953 in Nam Định Province) is the Head of the Commission for Popularisation and Education of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Chairman of the Theoretical Council. He's a member of the 11th Politburo, in which he is ranked 13th.[1]
