Diego Martín Meijide Blanco (born May 9, 1976 in Montevideo) is a Spanish Association football player, currently playing for CD Eldense in Tercera División - Group 6.

In 2007-08 season, he played for Real Oviedo, the champions of the region of Asturias (winners Trofeo Principado 2007) and currently top of the Tercera division in Spain.

Signed from F.C. Torrevieja whom he played for 5 seasons and was player of season at the club in all 5 of those seasons.[citation needed] He is the main position central defender. He scored 8 goals last year, and 2 in first 4 this season . In July of 2012, he sign for CD Eldense.

He holds a Spanish passport.
