Dhafir Smith (born September 23, 1982 in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania) is a professional boxer in the Light Heavyweight division and is the former WBF All American Light Heavyweight Champion.[1]
Professional career
In December 2010, Dhafir had a huge upset over former IBF Super Middleweight Champion, Jeff Lacy.[2]
IBF North American Championship
On March 18, 2011 Smith lost to Mexican-American Jesús González and the vacant IBF North American Super Middleweight Championship.[3] González was coming off of an almost three year layoff.[4]
His next fight will be against prospect Cornelius White, the bout will be held in the Light Heavyweight division.[5]
