Dexibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is the active dextrorotatory enantiomer of ibuprofen. Most ibuprofen formulations contain a racemic mixture of dexibuprofen [(+)-ibuprofen] and (−)-ibuprofen.
