Devlet Şâh (Shâh) Khātûn, دولت شاه خاتون, (born 1365, Kütahya - died Bursa, 1411) was the wife of Ottoman Sultan Bayezid I. She was the mother of Musa Çelebi, Sultan of Rumelia, and ( Phony or False ) Mustafa Çelebi, Sultan of Rumelia.
Biography
She was born in 1365 in Kütahya, into Germiyan state as a Germiyan princess. She was the daughter of Süleyman Shah (Şah Çelebi), the ruler of Germiyan dynasty, Kütahya.. In 1378 she was married to Ottoman Sultan Bayezid I. She gave birth to two sons, Musa Çelebi, Sultan of Rumelia, and ( Phony or False ) Mustafa Çelebi, Sultan of Rumelia. She died in 1411 in Bursa.
Devlet Şâh Khātûn should not be confused with the mother of Ottoman Sultan Mehmed I, namely, Devlet Khātûn.
