Devika Parikh

Devika Parikh (Born 3 November 1966, Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA) is an Afro-Indian American actress, whose name means "little goddess" in Sanskrit. She holds a degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University.

Parikh has worked in television, advertisements, film, voice work and theatre. She has guest-starred on CBS's Criminal Minds; Disney's That's So Raven; UPN's The Parkers; Bones. She also appears in the feature film Beauty Shop starring Mo'Nique and Kellita Smith.

Parikh has had recurring roles on popular television shows such as NBC's Emmy-award winning drama The West Wing; Fox's hit show 24; and Showtime drama series Resurrection Blvd..

Parikh has also performed sketch comedy/improvisation with groups at the Comedy Store, the Upfront Comedy Theatre and the Underground Improv.
