Desmalopex is a genus of megabats in the Pteropodidae family. It has historically been included in the genus Pteropus and occurs only in the Philippines. It comprises the following species:
- White-winged Flying Fox, Desmalopex leucopterus
- Small White-winged Flying Fox, Desmalopex microleucopterus
