Denden Stadium

Denden Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Asmara, Eritrea. The facility was built in 1958 by the Asmara municipality. It hosted several matches during the 1968 African Nations Cup (CAN), when the biennial tournament was held in Ethiopia. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium has a capacity of 5,000 people. It has recently been upgraded to 10,000 seat capacity, which is good progress.
