Delmadinone (INN) is a steroidal progestin which was never marketed.[1][2] An acylated derivative, delmadinone acetate, is used in veterinary medicine.[1][2]
While delmadinone is sometimes used as a synonym for delmadinone acetate, what is usually being referred to is actually delmadinone acetate and not delmadinone.
