Deathrealms is an anthology of horror, science-fiction, and dark fantasy short stories collected from the award-winning Deathrealm magazine, edited by Stephen Mark Rainey. The anthology was released in 2004 by Delirium Books, in an edition of approximately 350 copies. The anthology is now out of print.
