Death's Shadow is the seventh installment in Darren Shan's The Demonata series. It was released in May 2008 in the UK, and November 2008 in the USA.
Plot
The book starts about six months after the events of Demon Apocalypse concluded, and is narrated by Bec, who is living staying with Dervish.
This novel reveals more information about Beranabus, Kernel, Grubbs, and Bec, as well as the continuing search for information on using the on the great mystical weapon, Kah-Gash of which is sealed inside Grubbs, Kernel and Bec. More information on the mysterious foe known as 'the Shadow' (seen at the climax of Demon Apocalypse) is also discovered.
