Dean Silvers, J.D., M.S., PHD., is an American award-winning film producer, film director, screenwriter, entertainment lawyer, and author.[1][2][3][4] He has produced numerous noteworthy films, including Flirting with Disaster, Manny & Lo, and Spanking the Monkey, which won multiple awards, including the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival and two Independent Spirit Awards.[5][6][7]
Personal life
Dean Silvers was born in Brooklyn, New York and currently resides in Manhattan, New York with his wife, Marlen Hecht, and their two sons, Forrest Silvers and Tyler Silvers.[3]
