De Leest is a restaurant located in Vaassen in the Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 2003-2006 and two Michelin stars in the period 2007–present.[1][2][3][4] GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 19.0 out of 20 points.[5]

De Leest is a member of Les Patrons Cuisiniers.[6]
