Deštnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.74 square kilometres (4.15 sq mi), and has a population of 196 (as at 3 July 2006).
Deštnice lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-west of Louny, 57 km (35 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 60 km (37 mi) west of Prague.
