Dave Townsend

Dave Townsend is a British songwriter, lyricist, and singer. He was a vocalist for The Alan Parsons Project on the albums I Robot (1977)[1] and Eve (1979).[2] Very little is known about his biographical data.
He most notably wrote tracks for:
- Cliff Richard – "Miss You Nights",[3][4]
- Jimmy Ruffin – "That's When My Loving Begins"[4]
- Elaine Paige – "Far Side of the Bay".[4]
