Daryl Anthony Sconiers is a former Major League Baseball first baseman. He played all or part of five seasons in the major leagues between 1981 and 1985, all with the California Angels.
In 1985, Sconiers admitted to having a substance abuse problem after missing a portion of spring training.[1] He was let go after the season, but never played in the major leagues again, although he continued to play in the minor leagues until 1991. As of 2007, Sconiers was homeless, living on the streets of San Bernardino County.[2]
