Danish (/dɑːnɪʃ/; Persian: دانش), also spelled Danesh or Daniş, is a male given name, it may refer to:
Etymology
In Persian and Urdu, Danish means "intelligent". It is s popular Muslim name in the Indian subcontinent. In the Sanskrit language, Dan is "to give", and Ish is "God", a Hindu name.
