Daniel Lam

Daniel Lam Wai-keung (simplified Chinese: 林伟强; traditional Chinese: 林偉強)SBS, JP (born 27 February 1949, Cheung Chau, New Territories, Hong Kong) is the former Chairman of the Hong Kong Regional Council (see [http://www.thestandard.com.hk/archive_news_detail.asp?pp_cat=&art_id=62866&sid=&con_type=1&archive_d...]) as well as a former member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
He is currently vice-chairman of the Heung Yee Kuk, an organisation representing indigenous inhabitants of the New Territories of Hong Kong, and the chairman of Islands District Council.[1][2]
