Daniel Humm is chef/co-owner of Eleven Madison Park in New York City, a recipient of three Michelin stars.[1]

Life & Career

Born in Switzerland, Chef Humm apprenticed as a teenager at Gamma Catering, before establishing himself at some of the finest hotels and restaurants in his native country. At the age of 24, Chef Humm earned his first Michelin star as the executive chef at Gasthaus zum Gupf in the Swiss Alps. He eventually found his way to San Francisco and was named executive chef at Campton Place Restaurant in The Campton Place Hotel on Union Square. In 2006, Chef Humm became the executive chef of Eleven Madison Park in New York City.

Since 2012, Humm also operates the NoMad Hotel restaurant.
