Dance in Cuba

Cuban dance is a distinctive style known throughout Latin America and the wider world. Traditional Cuban music has its roots in African culture. Cuba is the birthplace of multiple dance forms, including Cha-cha, Son, Danzón, Danzonete, Mambo, Rumba, Salsa, Bolero and others.[1]
