Damián Ledesma (born 21 May 1982 in Rosario) is an Argentine football defensive midfielder. He currently plays for San Martín de San Juan of the Primera B Nacional.
Ledesma scored a goal in his debut for Rosario Central on 13 November 2004 in a 3-1 victory against Club Atlético Banfield.
In 2008 he joined Independiente[1] but, in 2009, Ledesma joined Independiente's fiercest rival, Racing Club.
After spending his career for 6 months, he left Racing to join Ecuadorian Serie A side Deportivo Cuenca in April 2010. However, an injury prevented him from playing during the reminder of the 2010 season.
