Dalma Garden Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Yerevan, Armenia, the first in the country. The project was announced in 2009,[1] and the mall opened in October 2012.[2][3][4] The mall was constructed by Tashir Group, which is led by Samvel Karapetian. President Serzh Sargsyan attended the opening ceremony.[5]

A planned Carrefour hypermarket, which would be the first in the country, reportedly fell through in February 2013 due to political corruption, because politician Samvel Aleksanyan's import business would be damaged by the competition.[6][7] The United States Ambassador to Armenia, John A. Heffern, has indicated that competition should be permitted and the store opened.[8]

The mall is located adjacent to Tsitsernakaberd Highway.
