DYKC-TV, channel 9, is a television station of Philippine television network Radio Philippines Network and Solar Television Network, Inc.. Its Our studios, offices and transmitter are located at the RPN compound in Maguikay, Mandaue City.
RPN Cebu History
- 1965 - Pre-merger ABS opened another station in Cebu, DYEW-TV Channel 9 and similar to DZXL-TV Channel 9.
- 1966 - Channels 3 & 9 broadcasts in color television.
- 1972 - Channels 3 & 9 shuts down under martial law of Ferdinand Marcos and Channel 9 sold to Kanlaon Broadcasting System.
