DXEC (MOR 91.9 Cagayan de Oro), is an FM radio station of ABS-CBN Cagayan de Oro owned and operated by ABS-CBN Corporation in the Philippines. It is one of the 15 MOR radio stations of ABS-CBN Regional Network Group in the Philippines. Their studios and transmitter are located at Macapagal Drive (formerly Greenhills Road) Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental. It is a 24 hour operating station, except on Sundays where it signs off at midnight to 4:00 AM, and except Holy Week of each year where it signs-off at midnight of Maundy Thursday and lasts until 4:00 AM on Easter Sunday.

The station has been leading on ratings for more than 8 years to the listeners of Cagayan de Oro City[citation needed], with an upgrading signal of 8 kilowatts and it can be heard in the Bukidnon province.[citation needed] The FM radio station also makes live coverage and updates during the Kagay-an Festival, as well as the Boto Mo, Ipatrol Mo grand launching in Cagayan de Oro City in 2010. TV Patrol Northern Mindanao, the local newscast of ABS-CBN Cagayan de Oro, is also simulcasted over MOR. The disc jocks of the station address their audience as "Bespren".

In 2008, MOR Cagayan De Oro celebrated its 10 years in service.
