D-Frag! (ディーふらぐ! Diifuragu!), also known as D-Fragments, is a manga series by Tomoya Haruno that began serialization in Media Factory's Monthly Comic Alive in September 2008. It has been collected in eight tankōbon volumes as of December 2013. An anime television series adaptation by Brain's Base began airing from January 6, 2014.[1]

Game Creation Club (Temp)

Kenji Kazama (風間 堅次 Kazama Kenji)
Voiced by: Katsuyuki Konishi
The main protagonist. The leader of the Kazama gang and one of the head delinquents in school, he was dragged into Game Creation Club (Temp) when attempting to help them put out a fire. He is actually quite capable of fighting, but "supposedly" is still no match for the other girls in the club. Later, the club members refer him as "wind" elemental, due to his name.
Roka Shibasaki (柴崎 芦花 Shibasaki Roka)
Voiced by: Kana Hanazawa
The president of the Game Creation Club. She refer her element as "Fire", but later states that her "true element" is actually Darkness. Her main combat method is putting a bag over her opponents' head, rendering them blind, hence the darkness element. She carries a lot of spare bags so she can use them anytime. Despite having a small profile, she is referred as "Strongest Darkness" and is the strongest in school. She refers Kenji as her "important person", and shows jealousy when other girls approach him.
Chitose Karasuyama (烏山 千歳 Karasuyama Chitose)
Voiced by: Chiwa Saitō
A second-year and the Student Council President. Her authority is so big that she even gets the teachers bow for her. Her element is Earth, her main combat method includes punching her opponent, throwing dirt at them, or digging traps. She also has a habit of burying her victims to the neck.
Sakura Mizukami (水上 桜 Mizukami Sakura)
Voiced by: Mikako Takahashi
A first-year and a pink-haired tomboy. Her element is Water, and she carries around water bottles. Her combat method includes pouring her opponent with water, or forcing water down their throat. She later starts referring Kenji as her big brother, while Noe as her little sister, despite the denial from both.
Minami Ōsawa (大沢 南 Ōsawa Minami)
Voiced by: Ami Koshimizu
The advisor of the club. Her element is Lightning, and she carries around a stun gun. She is shown to be sleeping almost anytime, even in her own class.
Hachi Shiō (子王 八 Shiō Hachi)
Voiced by: Kōki Miyata
The only male member of the Game Creation Club (Temp) other than Kenji. He often use the gap between a bookshelf and the wall as his "seat". Other club members refer him as "Light" elemental.

Real Game Creation Club

Takao (高尾)
Voiced by: Shizuka Itō
President of the real Game Creation Club. She shows a strong hatred towards Roka, due to the latter left her club and starts another one. She has large breasts, and after they snapped the zip on her jacket, other students starts referring to them as "weapons" or "elements". She starts to showing affection toward Kenji in the later chapters. Despite her appearance, her strength is actually in match of Game Creation Club (Temp)'s female members.
Tsutsumi Inada (稲田 堤 Inada Tsutsumi)
Voiced by: Megumi Toyoguchi
A glasses-wearing girl who is a club member.
Sakuragaoka (桜ヶ丘)
Voiced by: Ryoko Shiraishi
A boy who is a club member. He has a feminine appearance. Due to a misunderstanding during their first met, Kenji refers him as a girl.
Yamada (山田)
Voiced by: Takahiro Fujiwara
A big, muscular club member.

Kazama Gang

Ataru Kawahara (河原 中 Kawahara Ataru)
Voiced by: Jun Fukuyama
Vice student council president, he is also a childhood friend of Kenji, but chose to focus on studies rather than joining their activities.
Yokoshima (横縞)
Voiced by: Hiroki Gotō
A short but fat student who is a member of Kazama gang.
Hiroshi Nagayama (長山ひろし Nagayama Hiroshi)
Voiced by: Kenichirou Matsuda
One of the member of the Kazama gang.

Tama Sakai (境 多摩 Sakai Tama)
A senior student, Tama is the ex-student council president before Chitose. She is shown having a grudge with Game Creation Club (Temp) and wanted to have them disbanded.
Naganuma (長沼)
Ex-student council secretary.
Azuma Matsubara (松原 東 Matsubara Azuma)
Ex-student council vice president. He is quite good with anime-related subjects.
Shinsen (神泉)
Ex-student council secretary. She has an unstable stomach and often vomits when feeling dizzy or being punched or kicked in the belly.
Noe Kazama (風間 之江 Kazama Noe)
Voiced by: Emiri Katō
Kenji's sister.
Tsutsuji Shibasaki (柴崎 つつじ Shibasaki Tsutsuji)
Roka's sister, her grade is not as good as her sister and entered another high school.
Funabori (船堀)
Voiced by: Aki Toyosaki
Kenji's classmate, she is good at housework and often shown doing various chores for the class.
RaGaiGar (ラガイガー)
Voiced by: Nobuyuki Hiyama
Minor character in episode 5.
Shaun Konekone (ショーン・コネコネ)
Voiced by: Jōji Nakata
Kenji's Japanese Classics teacher. He saved the Kazama gang (and RaGaiGar) during a fire breakout when they were kids. He inspired Kenji to help those who are in need.
