Czarne [ˈt͡ʂarnɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dubeninki, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) west of Dubeninki, 14 km (9 mi) south-east of Gołdap, and 142 km (88 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945, the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 47.
