J. Cyril Stacey (born in Halifax) was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1910s and '20s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, and Yorkshire, and at club level for Halifax, as a Fullback, i.e. number 1.

Stacey won a cap for Great Britain while at Halifax in 1920 against New Zealand.[1]
